Chapter Summary:
Mmmmm... I'm kinda skipping the chain Humpty-Dumpty's (a chain that allows to bind itself with multiple contractors at the same time) story because it doesn't sound important enough (for now) as compared to what I'll be showing. Anyway, this chapter's out in English so explaining things that has been explained in the manga is plain boring. Now let's move on to the main points.

*Really, it pains me to see Eliot acting like this. I mean, he's already very very traumatised from the sudden lost of his sister before his own eyes, and yet Break is accusing him of such a painful crime and arguing with Gilbert. Damn it Break, look at poor Elliot's eyes, can't you see how broken he looks???*

*Mmmmm~ It's such a splendid idea that Mochizuki-sensei decided the clock tattoo is to be on the chest. Lovely fan-service indeed.*

*Quiet moments between them. Gilbert's big brother persona is just so reliable. These two make such a wonderful siblings. Look at Gil, he's so into his oniisan role comforting his distressed little brother while Elliot looks like the cutest little brother on Earth!! *

*No. Now is not the time to swoon over Oz. Damn it. He looks so grown-up and manly!!! Mochizuki-sensei why must you make Oz look so irresistible at such a time!!*

*Oh the agony of not being able to see your bestest your friend who's right before you and having to find out that he's dead from his enemy. I feel like crying in a corner for Break and Reim right now*

*CHOP THAT EVILOLI INTO PIECES!!!!!!!!!! I'M ON YOUR SIDE.*
Thoughts:
Damn. This chapter is just so emotional. Right after Vanessa's death, Elliot got himself accused of a worse crime possible. Ouch. Then it was Elliot who had to cool down the two even though he's the one in pain. Ouch. I love you Elliot. And of course, with Elliot now proven somewhat innocent, possibility of Leo being the headhunter seems to increase for another 50%, especially that little panel that shows Vanessa spotting the 'unknown' figure who seems to have shoulder-length black hair. I'm sure no one mangaka would draw anything unnecessary in their work, so that hair detail has got to be some major clue to our mysterious headhunter. While some evidences seem to pin-point Leo as the mass-killer, we can't possibly left out those that indicate he isn't. Like, the part where Rufus Barma and Break talking about the headhunter-who-has-come-back-from-Abyss or something... Mmmm... My brain's overloading, I think I'll just leave this mystery to unfold itself...
Aside from the headhunter's identity and Reim's death, I really have to mention that brotherly love scenes where Gil pats Elliot's head showing his concern for his little brother. OH GAWD I LOVE THAT SCENE. Although none of them utter a word, that simple gesture, the distance between them, Gil's strong and reliable figure and the pain on Elliot's face made up a powerful scene. I can feel it. It never really occur to me that Gilbert is the big brother (don't blame me, he's always such a wimpy guy...), but from that panel, Gil looks so tall and strong and firm and confident, it's like he has changed and matured into one's perfect brother. No doubt, this is going to be another pairing I'll be adding to my list of lovable siblings.
As for Reim's death, I can almost feel the hollowness and the shock from Mochizuki-sensei's sentimental narration. No last word, no massive puddle of blood, no head-lolling, no hand-dropping or distress-shrieking scene, Reim just passed away quietly while his thoughts lingers on those he cares about. Definitely a lot more realistic, more dreading than those fictional perfect death-scenes. While his death scene was a tad too quiet, Lily's insanity was there to fill in the emptiness, showing us how crazy and cruel these people can be.
As powerfully emotional chapter with a sparkling/heart-warming art to complement, of all other manga I'm reading this month, this chapter is clearly the best one. Btw, I'm betting on Reim to be on the next volume's cover. He has to.
