The chapter numbers are in a terrible mess, I'm not sure what went wrong with the publisher's number system, but when I checked the English scans, we have up to chapter 60, which is 2 chapters ahead of the English scanlations of the current chapter I'm here blogging here. The Chinese scanlators are confused as well, making the forum very messy with some thread tittles for the scanlations wrongly numbered... =___=

Chapter Summary:
Teito peeks through the door and sees Frau consuming the woman's soul and overhears the woman's scream, 'you're no different from us, no matter how much you pretend to be a human you can't hide your hunger!! Afterall, you are created with Verloren-sama's fragment!'
Teito's instinct tells him to run away from the current Frau, but his body and mind refuse to move. When Frau finished his meals and turns around to face him, Teito tries to talk to Frau but Frau goes hunger-craze and starts attacking Teito.
Frau's attack somehow sends Teito into an illusion-like world where he falls down the spiralling stairs
When he gets up, he sees Frau's (Zehel) symbol.
While he is still pondering on Zehel's mark, Frau (now transformed into a messy black lump of scythe and claws) attacks him.
As Teito evades his attacks, he notices a child's hand sticking out from the messy clump of clawy-scythe (Frau).
Following his instinct, Teito lunges forward to grab the kid's hand and pulls out Frau from the lump of mess.
Teito is somewhat surprise to see a young Frau (hair not dyed to black). However, young Frau quickly reverts back into the berserk manly black-hair Frau and pins Teito on the floor unconsciously.
Teito struggles and yells at Frau, finally bringing him back to his senses. Sensing what he's doing is sooooooo wrong, Frau releases Teito.
Frau tries to recall back what happened and is in shock when he realised that he tried to rape eat Teito's soul.
He looks at Teito and is further guilt-ridden by Teito's innocent and traumatised look on his face. Feeling ashamed and remorseful, Frau runs away into the snow leaving Teito alone in the room.
Luckily, Teito still has Mikage to comfort him after the incident and he wonders where did Frau go as he stares at Frau's cross.
While sitting alone in the snow, Frau recalls what the Castor and Labrador warned and advised him.

So Frau is losing himself to Verloren's scythe， or maybe it's just Verloren's fragment muddling with him? Anyway, from the omake, it seems like Frau isn't from any God House and I guess we can assume that if Teito needs to get a ticket from him, he can just get it right away from Frau without going through the hassle of travelling to Frau's house.
What will Frau do now? Frau can't just abandon Teito in this snowy mountains and in the middle of the competition while he's aware of the danger he posses to Teito by staying beside him... Whose advise will he listen to? Hopefully Labrador's instead of Castor's (Castor you fool!!! I'm sure Teito will accept all of you no matter what you do!!! Moreover, you're gonna get a nice scolding for thinking so negatively!)...
