Summary of Synchronicity by DestinySeraphim ~ Youtube (Original Source sorry but I failed big time at finding the blog with the post about it... D:)

Kamui Gakupo has doubts about the governance of the oracle over the lands due to the beliefs of Dragonology due to the Dragon which must be appeased by the songs of a Diva, to prevent it from attacking the humans. Gakupo's grandfather was killed, probably by the dragon, and he probably sees the Diva system as something abhorrent to him. Luka is that oracle ruling over the world. Kamui voices his opinions to Luka and is punished by him.

Luka has very strong feelings for dragonology, and has nothing in common with Kamui, and throws Kamui into a fairly elegant dungeon cell. Meiko was originally to be the first candidate for being the next Diva but instead Teto was chosen mainly because she refused and was the daughter of the chancellor. Even though Meiko and Teto were best friends, Teto was forced to become the next Diva due to being just a girl from a poor family, with no one to prevent her becoming the next Diva. Also, Meiko is actually younger than Teto, but this probably had nothing to do with her being chosen.

When Len storms the oracle's castle to rescue Kamui with the help of Kaito, he tries to kill Luka with his sword, but is stopped by Meiko. Len and Meiko get into a large fight with their swords, and it only stops when Meiko realizes the similarities between the current Diva (Rin) and Len, and how Len seems to have a greatly deep connection with the current Diva. She sees his resolve to rescue his twin sister Rin, but when she tries to finish off Len, she is stopped by Ruko who is aiding Luka.

Eventually when they free Kamui, Meiko decided to aid Len on his quest. As a result, Len, Meiko, Kamui and Kaito journey the land searching for the first Dragon, Miku, since she guards the gateway to where Rin is. Luka sends soliders after Len and the others to kill them. However, Len and the others defeat them. After noticing he had suffered a wound during the battle, he starts to feel his connection with Rin getting weaker.

When Len, Kaito, Meiko and Kamui are having a rest at an unknown location before continuing, in order to recover from any injuries, Kamui notices Len's distress. They have a talk about the Diva system, and Kamui reveals that the Diva is supposed to have both the Light and the Shadow in order to suppress and appease the dragon, as a form of balance. Due to being twins, Len only possessed the Light through his singing voice where as Rin only possessed the Shadow through her singing voice, due to the fact that the Light and Shadow were split between them.

Meiko and Kamui assume that since Rin only possesses the Shadow side and not the light, and since Light represents life, Rin is probably dying due to her singing, slowly killing her like a virus. Meiko says that Len's singing voice is Light and that his singing voice could break the darkness.

You might be wondering where did the details come from... Some of them are based on the side stories the creator wrote. While the last part was kinda like an assumption as DestinySeraphim ~ Youtube said, 'The part about the Light and Shadow being split between Len and Rin was just an assumption on my part, but it seems to make more sense since why would Rin just have the Shadow side unless something had caused that, and since Rin and Len are twins... you get the idea. Anyway, thanks! I can not wait until the 3rd part to Synchronicity comes out, as well as an English version of the web comic as well.'
