Summary:
Alois Trancy is one screwed up kid who was kidnapped when he was still a baby. He went through hell and was finally reunited with his father when he was older. His bad luck certainly didn't end there cause his so-called father loved shota so Alois was raped and abused by him. Alois wasn't happy with that naturally so he made a contract with a devil named Claude. His father died and he inherited everything.

But his Uncle Arnold wasn't happy since if it wasn't for Alois, he would probably (somehow) inherit his brother-in-law's wealth. So he came to check his nephew with a father and Viscount Druit. Everyone was pretty much convinced that Alois is the real thing except for dear uncle. Since Uncle Arnold isn't hot or young anymore and resembles Alois' ugly dead father, Alois expressed his hatred for ugly fat old man through mockery and later got rid of him with money.

That night, Alois was feeling very disgusted having to meet his uncle, but after inviting the mysterious but hot traveller for a stay in his mansion, he was all well. Since Alois is still a kid, he got curious and wanted to see the content of Mr. Traveller's trunk. Applying the law of equivalent exchange, Alois brought Mr. Traveller to his dark basement for a tour so that he could later see the Mr. Traveller's trunk. But no, Claude knew that Mr. Traveller was up to no good and wanted to snatch the trunk from him, thus they started fighting.

Surprise surprise, Mr. Traveller is revealed to be our hottest butler Sebby!!!! More surprises, our shota-bocchan is revealed to be napping in Sebby's big trunk. Well it was clear that Sebby is the best butler and he owned Claude and ran away with a tea box from the basement. While Alois and Claude were angst-ing in the Trancy mansion, Sebby took out Ciel from the trunk and patted his hair lovingly before putting on Ciel's ring (from the tea box) on Ciel's thumb. Later on the sun rised, and it's time for Ciel to wake up. The end.

Well done to A-1 for trolling every fan around the world. It was a nice surprise to see the Ciel and Sebby returning, and even more shocking that Sebby intends to revive Ciel for some unknown reason (maybe he got addicted to being Ciel's butler or he simply enjoys working at the Phantomhive household with the 3 idiots).

Despite that, it was lame to have Ciel revived. But I can't say that I'm not happy, so I'll just pretend that Ciel never died at all in the last season. And from the preview, I spotted someone who looks a lot like Lau (who's supposed to be dead as well), so did Lau escape the fire or was that his brother/lookalike?

The seiyuu for Claude, Sakurai Takahiro (Suzaku from CODE GEASS!! & etc...) certainly did a great job. While watching this, my sister pointed out that Sebby and Claude sound alike in terms of tone and voice~ As expected of Sakurai!! xD if only we can squeeze Fukuyama Jun somewhere in and I could die of happiness! As for Mizuki Nana, seiyuu for Alois, all I can say is she pretty good in bringing out Alois' character. Since I'm not really a fan of her so I'll just stop here...

Now let's check out our new shota. Alois is childish, playful and extremely mentally-ill unlike Ciel who is serious, mature, and can a bit psychotic as well when provoked. Despite that both of them went through hell, Ciel remains sane while Alois is clearly one messed-up kid so screwed that he totally lost his common sense. Alois doesn't trust anyone at all, not even Claude. Perhaps it's because of his lack of trust and attachment to other people and the experience of being isolated are what that shaped him into what he is. Unlike Alois, Ciel knows how was it to beloved and love someone before he went through all the terrible things. Furthermore, Ciel's maturity and calm personality can be explained through his family status as the Queen's watchdog.

One common trait they both share is they are playful. But how they play is very much different from each other. Ciel enjoys playing intellectual game or challenging Sebastian to achieve something, in other words, he's normal. But what Alois does is pure craziness. To him, all his pranks are nothing but pure entertainment, but we can't possibly call gouging people's eyeball as playing!

On the other hand, Alois' butler Claude is so darn serious (let us pretend that we don't know he loves tap dancing) and almost emotionless (Sebby would surely be annoyed if Ciel were to unbutton his shirt just to tease him) unlike Sebby. Knowing that Claude is very strict, it's no wonder that the Trancy's servants are much more reliable than the 3 goofy servants Sebby hired. lol Though, if I'm a servant I'd prefer to be hired by the Phantomhive household, at least my master isn't psychotic and I have Sebby to clean my mess for me! lol

It seems like the butlers are designed to balance their masters's personality!! I'd love to see these masters switching their butlers for once. I'm guessing that CielxClaude might be too boring to watch as both are quite serious, while AloisxSebby will probably be fooling around with one another so much that I dare say it'll be very interesting to watch them doing so.

Now that I've seen Alois' craziness, I'm hoping to see more of the serious side of him. It's clear that Alois isn't just some crazy brat (from how he deals with those people) and hopefully A-1 would expand that side of him in the future episodes through his interaction with Ciel. There said, A-1 better not discard them like garbage like what happened in GA REI ZERO.
